German Rozencranc has substantial experience in all aspects of litigation. He prioritizes his clients’ needs with effective case management and a client-centric mentality.

Mr. Rozencranc concentrates his practice in various areas, including complex commercial litigation and general liability defense. He handles all phases of litigation matters, from inception through trial, including substantive motion practice, depositions, and mediations. He counsels his client on all aspects of pre-litigation risk management to ensure that his clients are in the know with every step of the litigation process. He encourages open communication with his clients, colleagues, and adversaries. Accordingly, he resolved hundreds of cases on behalf of his clients and is committed to ensuring the cost-effective disposition of every matter he handles.

Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, LLC, Mr. Rozencranc managed an attorney compliance group and an attorney litigation group at one of the largest creditors’ rights law firms in the tri-state area. His representation included large financial institutions, medical providers, businesses, and the State of New Jersey Uninsured Employer’s Fund.

During law school, Mr. Rozencranc served as a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board. He also served as a student-attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic, where he helped draft an amicus brief to the New Jersey Supreme Court on United States Bank National Association v. Guillaume, 209 N.J. 449 (2012). He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi, United States District Court, District of New Jersey; the Honorable Donald H. Steckroth, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey; and the Honorable Stephen J. Bernstein, New Jersey Superior Court, Essex Vicinage.

Mr. Rozencranc also served as a committee member to the New Jersey District Ethics Committee for West Morris and Sussex County (DEC XB) for the 2016-2017 term.

Mr. Rozencranc is fluent in Hebrew and Russian.
