Kyle Kennett is a vital member of the firm’s toxic tort and product liability practice, assisting clients on a wide variety of mainstream and case-specific issues that arise during the litigation process.

A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Kennett was selected as a student fellow for the Institute for Privacy Protection. A former co-captain of his college baseball team at Rider University, he values the importance of a team-oriented approach when working with clients and fellow attorneys at the firm to achieve positive results. He takes pride in outworking his adversaries to provide clients with the best opportunities to succeed. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kennett served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Thomas M. Moore, P.J.Civ. and a judicial intern in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals for the Hon. Patty Shwartz.
