The position entails a broad range of labor and employment work, with an emphasis on all facets of employment litigation. Prior experience with employment counseling, drafting employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and conducting investigations is a plus. New Jersey bar admission is required; New York bar admission is preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills are required. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
