Alexa Zuppa is a dynamic attorney with a tireless work ethic dedicated to delivering optimal legal services to her clients.

Ms. Zuppa focuses her practice on general liability defense, including catastrophic injury cases, premises liability, and construction accidents. She is involved in all aspects of litigation from inception, through discovery and pre-trial, to case resolution in matters throughout New York and New Jersey.

Through an intense clerkship in the Superior Court, Chancery Division – General Equity Part, Ms. Zuppa has been exposed to a wide range of legal disputes and gained invaluable insights into the substantive and procedural nuances, tactics, and strategies of complex civil matters.

Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, Ms. Zuppa worked as a student attorney for the Small Business and Not-For-Profit Clinic and Senior Citizens Law Program at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she received CALI Excellence Awards. Throughout her time in law school, she interned with private firms to enhance her knowledge in the legal field and received the Third Place Award for the Samuel M. Kaynard Memorial Student Services Award from the New York State Bar Association Employment and Labor Law Section. During her undergraduate study, she served as a special intern with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Criminal Division, Appellate Bureau.
