The Women of OS program promotes the empowerment of women within the firm. The program involves social outings, seminars, mentorship relationships between senior women attorneys at the firm and their junior counterparts, all with the aim of fostering a positive experience and empowerment of the women attorneys within the firm.

With a minority Managing Partner, diversity and inclusion is an everyday practice and calling for us. Summer Program

Each year, we seek to recruit a diverse summer class comprised of thoughtful, enthusiastic second-year law students with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our summer program is designed to provide a realistic and rewarding experience reflecting life as a first-year associate at the firm.

Typically, the summer program will last for ten weeks and the firm does allow for summer associates to split their summers.

Summer associates are provided a wide range of assignments from as many practice areas as possible. In order to ensure a balanced workload, all assignments are assigned through our supervising Summer Program Partners.

We believe that every attorney and summer associate should be given as much responsibility that they can comfortably handle. Therefore, summer associates can expect a variety of assignments from observing appearances, to drafting discovery, to helping with trial preparation.

Absolutely. We firmly believes in supporting all attorneys and summer associates in providing pro bono services to those in need.
