Daris Beshentseva is a passionate and detail-oriented advocate who uses her legal skills and diverse experiences to craft positive outcomes for the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, Ms. Beshentseva served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey R. Jablonski, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
While in law school, Ms. Beshentseva served as an Associate Editor and then as a Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. She also served as a student attorney in the FINRA Investor Advocacy Program, advocating for clients in federal courts (District of New Jersey, SDNY/EDNY) for court-annexed settlement. Through the program, she was also selected to present at the 2025 SEC Investor Advocacy Law School Clinic Summit to the Chairman and Commissioners of the SEC.
Ms. Beshentseva is fluent in Russian and Spanish.
