Mr. Fresco works with clients through all phases of litigation. Through motion practice, discovery, and case development, he focuses not only on legal arguments but also on the client’s broader goals and practical realities.
Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, Mr. Fresco gained experience with business and regulatory matters in emerging and global markets. He worked on the evolving name, image, and likeness (NIL) landscape in collegiate athletics, handling player contracts, licensing, and intellectual property protection for top programs. He also advised foreign and domestic clients at the Wake Forest Trade and Development Clinic on cross-border matters, regulatory frameworks, and legal obstacles facing growing enterprises.
