Joseph Marsico focuses his practice on labor, employment, and commercial law in the private and public sectors.

Mr. Marsico manages complex litigation in a variety of forums, including the state, federal, and administrative courts. He also has accumulated considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution, winning strong results in arbitration and mediation. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Marsico counsels clients on workplace policies, and he has led or assisted with numerous workplace investigations for public and private clients.

Mr. Marsico strives to design a pragmatic, efficient strategy tailored to the unique demands of each case. He favors creative solutions for his clients, regardless of the size of the case or the issues at stake.

While a student at Seton Hall Law, Mr. Marsico worked at the U.S. Postal Service Law Division and in the legal department at PSEG, and he served a judicial internship with the Honorable Esther Salas, U.S.D.J.
