Joseph Marsico focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He counsels clients on workplace practices and manages complex litigation and arbitration.

Before arriving at the firm, Mr. Marsico worked with public- and private-sector clients throughout New Jersey, advising on their employment policies and labor relations and representing them before judicial and administrative tribunals. He has extensive experience helping clients to implement best practices and preserve labor stability.

As a student at Seton Hall Law, Mr. Marsico worked at the U.S. Postal Service Law Division and in the legal department at PSEG, assisting with labor, employment, corporate management, and general litigation matters. He also represented low-income clients in the Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic.
