Matthew Fay is a zealous trial lawyer who focuses his practice on insurance defense matters.

Mr. Fay focuses his practice on general liability defense, including catastrophic injury cases, premises liability, and construction accidents. His experience involves handling matters throughout New York and New Jersey. He is involved in all aspects of litigation from inception, through discovery and pre-trial, to case resolution. Clients rely on him for his attention to detail, responsiveness, and results-driven approach.

During law school, Mr. Fay served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, P.J.Cv. and was a member of Seton Hall Law School’s Interscholastic Moot Court Board. Mr. Fay now gives his time back to Seton Hall Law School’s Interscholastic Moot Court Board, coaching students in their second and third years of law school.

Mr. Fay joined the firm following a clerkship with the Honorable Robert H. Gardner in Essex County.
