O’Toole Scrivo, LLC is seeking a paralegal to join its construction defect practice group. A qualified applicant will have experience working with attorneys in preparing responses to discovery demands in litigated matters and affirmative discovery demands; the types of documents produced in construction defect litigation; document searches using document exploitation software, such as Relativity; and obtaining construction documents from public agencies in New York and New Jersey. The ideal applicant will have experience working with or for a construction company.
