OS Partner Alexandra Gallo will participate in a panel discussion on Hot Tips for Chancery, Probate & Foreclosure Practice with the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Equity Jurisprudence Special Committee on June 5, 2024. Moderated by the Hon. Mary K. Costello, P.J.Ch., the program will discuss Chancery Court practice, including effective strategies and techniques for representing clients in Chancery Court.
The panelists will delve into proper and improper filings in the Chancery Division, remedies and defenses, claims against fiduciaries and available remedies, and specific causes of action in Chancery, Probate, and foreclosure.
