Moderated by Alessandra Moore (Lowenstein Sandler LLP), the panel will include a candid discussion by prominent litigators and jurists on why certain conduct is perceived to be acceptable for men and not women and whether heighted awareness of gender inequality as chilled zealous advocacy.
