Moderated by Jason Cherchia (Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer, PA), the panel will discuss the nuts and bolts of legal notice, including when and how notice must be given, compliance requirements, and key implementation challenges. They will also examine the practical implications for land use practitioners and municipalities and discuss proposed legislative changes aimed at addressing gaps and unintended consequences in the current statutory framework.
