He represents businesses, property owners, developers, insurers, community associations, and individuals in a wide range of matters, including construction defect litigation, chancery litigation, personal injury and wrongful death actions, consumer fraud claims, subrogation matters, business and real estate disputes, prerogative writ actions, land use and zoning matters, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Griffin regularly represents clients in matters involving construction defects, property damage, and consumer fraud allegations. His practice also includes appellate advocacy, including assisting clients in preserving and advancing appellate issues throughout litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Griffin was a principal at a boutique law firm, focusing on litigation and transactional matters. He has served as counsel to community associations, businesses, landlords, and property owners, advising clients on governance, fiduciary obligations, litigation strategy, and risk management.
Throughout his practice, Mr. Griffin has successfully obtained early dismissals of claims, including dismissals at the pleading stage, orders compelling arbitration, no-pay settlements, and summary judgment on behalf of clients in a variety of litigation matters. His approach focuses on identifying efficient and effective avenues for resolving disputes while protecting his clients’ legal and business interests.
In addition to his litigation and appellate practice, Mr. Griffin advises clients on real estate and business matters that intersect with ongoing disputes and regulatory issues.

- Nawrocki v. J&J Auto Outlet, trading as Auto Concepts, No. A-3606-23 (N.J. Super. Ct. App. Div. Nov. 25, 2025) (unpublished). Represented appellants before the Appellate Division in an appeal arising from a putative consumer fraud class action. The Appellate Division reversed the trial court’s summary judgment rulings, vacated the summary judgment order, and remanded the matter for further proceedings.
