Brian Griffin focuses his practice primarily on litigation, real estate and land use matters, providing his clients with sound advice in diverse matters.

Mr. Griffin assists clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial real estate litigation, construction defect litigation, community association law, landlord-tenant matters, and zoning, regulation, and land use.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Griffin was a principal of a boutique law firm engaged in litigation and transactional matters.  He has served as general counsel to various community associations, providing guidance on governance, fiduciary responsibilities and litigation. He also represents landlords and businesses in a variety of litigated and land use matters.  He regularly appears before land use boards and municipal bodies on behalf of developers.  He also has experience in real estate and corporate transactions as well as estates and trusts matters.
