He represents developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and architects in multi-party disputes involving claims of design and workmanship defects, delays, insurance coverage, indemnification, and breach of contract. He also handles complex commercial and business litigation for plaintiffs and defendants. He assists clients from the earliest pre-suit evaluation and risk assessment stages through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and settlement. Mr. Ferriero is frequently called upon to resolve partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, and business tort matters, focusing on achieving favorable, cost-effective results that align with his clients’ business objectives.
In New York, Mr. Ferriero defends property owners, contractors, and subcontractors in Labor Law and general liability matters, particularly under Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6).
