Claudia Sanchez is a thoughtful advocate who brings diligence, strategic thinking, and a client-centered perspective to complex legal matters.
Prior to joining O'Toole Scrivo, Ms. Sanchez served as a law clerk to the Honorable James R. Paganelli, J.A.D., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
While attending Rutgers Law School, Ms. Sanchez interned for Chief Justice Stuart Rabner of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Jose R. Almonte, U.S.M.J., in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. In her final year of law school, she was selected as a Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow with the New Jersey Office of Legislative Services, where she conducted nonpartisan legal and policy research and assisted in drafting legislation.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Sanchez received the Rutgers Law School Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law and the Pro Bono Publico Award.
Ms. Sanchez is fluent in Spanish.
