Kyle Vellutato is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial, financial services, and real estate litigation.

Mr. Vellutato regularly represents lenders, insurers, and financial institutions in matters involving business disputes, loan origination, servicing, and default litigation. He has represented clients in matters including claims brought under the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and related state and federal consumer protection statutes. In addition to his litigation practice, he counsels clients regarding debt collection, regulatory compliance, and creditors’ rights.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Vellutato represented clients in all aspects of complex litigation at a top New Jersey law firm and an Am Law 100 firm.

  • Obtained dismissal of borrower’s federal court action alleging violations of various federal consumer-protection statutes.
  • Secured summary judgment for client in defending fraud claims related to the sale of residential real estate.
  • Obtained favorable decision from New Jersey Appellate Division on appeal of evidentiary and procedural issues in shareholder litigation.
