New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention

Scrivo will be a speaker at the Managing Partner’s Round Table discussion at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting and Convention on Thursday, May 19, 2022 in Atlantic City. The discussion will focus on the challenges of law firm management in a post pandemic environment.  Other speakers include Hon. Patricia K. Costello, A.J.S.C., (Ret.) OS Partner and Co-Chair of the NJSBA Equity Jurisprudence Committee Alexandra Gallo will moderate the session on Business Litigation: The Good, The Bad and the Equity as part of the program’s Business and Insurance Law Track on May 19. Speakers include Hon. Jodi Lee Alper, P.J.Ch., Essex, Hon. Paula T. Dow, P.J.Ch., Burlington, Hon. Edward A. Jerejian, P.J.Ch., Bergen, Hon. Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch., Union, and Warren A. OS Partner Anthony Capasso will speak on Hot Topics in Insurance, specifically covering The Impacts of Surfside: Defense Considerations in Catastrophic Building Subsidence Matters. The session will be moderated by Amanda M. Rochow (Lamb Kretzer, LLC) and will include Mariel M. Mercado-Guevara (Morrison Mahoney, LLP), Harry D. Norton Jr. (Hall Booth Smith, PC), and Renee Rivas (Law Offices of James H. Rohlsing).
