Moderated by Frederick W. Alworth (Gibbons PC), the panelists will discuss the best ethical practices for developing relationships and nurturing referral networks. They will cover what you need to know about business development from case intake, the unique vetting process involved when cases come from your networking, substituting in a new case, and managing client expectations, particularly when multiple generations are involved.
