Ariel Berkowitz is a passionate advocate who confidently guides clients through every stage of complex litigation, combining strategic focus with a genuine commitment to client success.

Ms. Berkowitz focuses her practice on general liability defense and products liability litigation, including representing contractors, design professionals, developers, and insurers in a range of complex construction and personal injury matters.

Most recently, Ms. Berkowitz clerked for the Honorable Ellen Torregrossa-O'Connor in the New Jersey, Appellate Division, gaining invaluable experience preparing legal memoranda and written opinions on a multitude of complex legal issues. Ms. Berkowitz also previously practiced at a New Jersey law firm, where she handled complex construction matters, laying the foundation for her litigation skills and knowledge of complex defense strategies.

Throughout law school, Ms. Berkowitz served as Editor-in-Chief of the Touro Law Review, developing a deep command of legal research and writing, leading a staff, and working with scholars countrywide who contributed articles to the journal’s quarterly issues. She brought the same discipline to oral advocacy as she competed in numerous national competitions on behalf of her law school's mock trial team, gaining practical experience and preparing her for a career in litigation.
