Ms. Crimaldi’s practice includes construction litigation and transactions, product liability, general commercial disputes, and mass-liability toxic tort matters, representing corporate clients in complex matters nationwide. With litigation experience in state and federal courts, Ms. Crimaldi advises clients from early risk assessment through resolution. She is actively involved in case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiation, and trial preparation, and is known for providing clear, practical guidance that aligns legal strategy with business goals.
In addition to litigation, Ms. Crimaldi advises clients on construction- and real estate-related transactional matters, helping address risk and avoid disputes before they arise. She also maintains a strong mass tort practice, with experience in talc matters, managing complex scientific issues and high-stakes case inventories.
Ms. Crimaldi is committed to leadership and service in the community. She serves on the Board of Directors of nourish.NJ, the Executive Board of Central School’s Home and School Association, and as commissioner for her daughter’s recreational soccer league.
