Emily Lagg Gonzalez has an active litigation practice, focusing on general liability defense, complex commercial litigation, and insurance.
Ms. Gonzalez employs her creative and well-researched approach to novel legal issues. For example, she recently helped to achieve crucial early wins for insurance carriers in an emerging COVID-19 legal landscape.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Gonzalez taught courses in literature and rhetoric as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University. She also interned for the Hon. Esther Salas, U.S.D.J.
