Gabriel Miller is a seasoned litigator with over twenty years of experience. He serves clients in toxic tort, product liability, mass tort, and general liability litigation.

Mr. Miller is primarily a litigator with experience in all phases of litigation, including trials. He is a member of the asbestos litigation team.

Mr. Miller practices primarily in the fields of toxic tort, product liability, mass tort, and complex litigation, representing corporate entities in defense of high-value litigation in these areas. He eagerly takes on complex matters while defending depositions, through motion practice, and at mediations. He defends both large corporations and small businesses, with a focus on asbestos litigation. Mr. Miller strives to stay educated on the latest issues, making sure his clients are apprised and updated in their respective industries. He takes great pride in identifying and prioritizing his clients’ needs and ensuring their success.

Before practicing toxic tort and product liability law, Mr. Miller was General Counsel for an international television channel and successfully defended corporate trademarks and defeated other attacks on intellectual property. He was also responsible for the channel’s vast corporate holdings, including its many real estate properties, which were regularly acquired and divested.

Mr. Miller interned for Chief Judge Dolores Sloviter, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
