Leslie Lombardy has over fifteen years of experience in toxic and mass tort litigation with an emphasis on asbestos and cosmetic talc actions.

Ms. Lombardy has over twenty-five years of experience in private practice and government service. Before entering law school, she served in the Office of the Majority Staff Director for the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee and served as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the National Association of Attorneys General. Before joining the firm, she served as the Assistant General Counsel for the 2004 Republican National Convention.

Ms. Lombardy has focused the past fifteen years on the areas of asbestos and cosmetic talc litigation. Corporate clients and national trial teams rely on her jurisdictional knowledge in making strategic decisions as to motion practice, expert retentions, case valuations and settlement negotiations.

Ms. Lombardy is one of the firm’s Women of OS drivers, a program committed to the support and professional development of women in the legal profession.
