Nicholas Fromhold brings a client-focused approach and sharp attention to detail to effectively handle a wide range of legal disputes.
Mr. Fromhold's practice is primarily focused on complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, involving shareholder disputes, dissolution, and breach of contract. He has experience defending consumer class action lawsuits, borrower-side transactional work, and multi-district federal litigation.
Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, Mr. Fromhold served as a law clerk to Justice Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and Judge Hany A. Mawla of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Mr. Fromhold interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He also participated in the Kline School of Law Estate Planning Clinic.
