Robert Gallop is an accomplished trial attorney with over twenty-five years of experience as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has been Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney since 1995.

Mr. Gallop has successfully litigated a variety of litigation in both state and federal court: product liability, construction defects, premises liability, wrongful death, dram shop and social host liability, personal injury, public entities, property damage, subrogation, insurance coverage disputes, and commercial litigation. He is an expert in employment law, including wrongful discharge, Law Against Discrimination, whistleblower claims, restrictive covenants, and non-compete agreements.

  • Successfully resolved high-profile product liability claim involving a Major League Baseball player who failed a drug test and was suspended for fifty games because he allegedly purchased a contaminated supplement from client’s store. 
  • Obtained no cause of action verdict involving a breach of employment contract claim in an employment case against a public entity and its Mayor. 
  • Obtained a $360,000 award in a binding arbitration trial for a church against the general contractor, architect, and various subcontractors for faulty construction of a new church.
