Mr. Molinari handles cases from start to finish: early case evaluation, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Mr. Molinari's general liability practice covers a broad range of civil claims. On the coverage side, he advises on and litigates questions of additional insured status, the duties to defend and indemnify, priority of coverage, policy exclusions, and contractual risk transfer. He works closely with clients to assess liability and exposure, build practical litigation strategies, and pursue cost-effective, favorable results.
Prior to joining O'Toole Scrivo, Mr. Molinari clerked for the Honorable Robert H. Gardner, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. During his clerkship, he gained substantial experience in civil motion practice and courtroom procedure, along with firsthand insight into how judges evaluate arguments and decide cases. That perspective continues to shape how he frames issues and presents them to the court on his clients' behalf.
