Mr. Daniel has represented business, governmental entities, and individual clientele in state and federal courts at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to appeals. Before joining O’Toole Scrivo, he served as a commercial litigator with a pre-eminent New Jersey law firm. After that, he worked as an environmental litigation associate with an AM Law 100 firm.
Mr. Daniel advises and represents clients in connection with class-action claims, consumer fraud matters, complex business disputes and litigation, mass torts, environmental litigation and site remediation, government investigations, and appellate matters at the state and federal levels.
Mr. Daniel regularly counsels businesses and individuals regarding liability arising from commercial contracts and agreements, provides guidance to local government and municipal entities concerning public matters and disputes, and oversees and advises clients concerning government investigations and liability arising from complex commercial and environmental disputes. In so doing, he provides clients with swift, efficient, and final resolutions of their issues. As a former New Jersey Supreme Court law clerk, he offers a unique insight to clients concerning appellate matters and petitions.
Mr. Daniel is an active parishioner at the Church of St. Ann in Lawrenceville, where he serves as an extraordinary minister of Holy Communion, liturgical reader. He is also Chairman of the St. Ann School Endowment Fund Committee, which provides annual scholarships and financial aid to students seeking to expand their educational horizons.
