Julia Duffy assists clients in a wide variety of complex commercial matters in both state and federal court.

Ms. Duffy focuses on complex commercial liability, professional liability, general liability defense, and labor and employment law. She is experienced in all facets of litigation, from pleadings and pre-trial discovery to appellate practice. As a member of the firm’s Cannabis Team, she represents current and potential cannabis licensees in critical areas, including regulatory matters, corporate structure, and licensing.

Ms. Duffy’s diverse experience allows her to advise clients in every aspect of their business. She prides herself in providing creative solutions to her clients’ most intricate problems.

During law school, Ms. Duffy served as a Clinical Law Student in the Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic and as an intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. A former collegiate basketball player, she is passionate, competitive, and committed, which translates to her practice and attention to her clients.
