Maggie Delany is a member of the firm’s litigation group and regularly practices in both New York and New Jersey.

Ms. Delany is an ambitious attorney who primarily handles general liability and land use matters. Before beginning her career at the firm, she clerked in Essex County for the Honorable Robert H. Gardner, J.S.C. As a clinical student in law school, she successfully represented a client before the New Jersey Appellate Division.

Ms. Delany’s zealous defense work stems from her passion for litigation. She prioritizes communications with clients and thrives on earning and maintaining their trust. She is always seeking to grow as an attorney, which is why she values the unparalleled mentorship that the firm provides her.

Ms. Delany is an active Seton Hall Law School alumnus and contributes a part of her free time to act as an adjunct coach for the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. While in law school, she received an award for Outstanding Contributions to the Interscholastic Moot Court Programs and participated on the Appellate Advocacy Board.
