Brant Forrest has extensive experience in commercial litigation, environmental litigation, and business transactions in the construction, surety, and government contracting industries. He represents owners, contractors, construction managers, architects, engineers, surveyors, and surety companies in contract disputes, delay claims, lien claims, project management, bid protests, surety bond claims, construction defects, and CERCLA and New Jersey Spill Act claims.

Mr. Forrest counsels and defends clients in high-exposure matters throughout the country in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and public agency hearings.

In addition to his work representing clients in adversarial proceedings, Mr. Forrest regularly advises clients regarding contract review and negotiation, contract administration, project dispute resolution, and project crisis management. He often is asked to develop contract forms that can accommodate each client’s unique needs. In doing so, he guides clients through the intricacies of structuring and detailing agreements while counseling them on crucial considerations such as project schedules, budgets, and means and methods of delivery.

Before joining O’Toole Scrivo, LLC, he was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm.
